About LaVie Casa
Led by Ishant Pappala — Where Imagination Meets Execution.
"Design isn't complete until it makes you feel something."
— Ishant Pappala
Founder & Creative Director
Ishant Pappala
Visionary of Discipline.
For Ishant Pappala, design is not just about creation — it's about completion. Every space he touches carries precision, proportion, and purpose.
His philosophy is simple: imagination has no value until it's executed with excellence.
With over a decade of experience shaping homes across India, Ishant leads LaVie Casa as a studio where ideas become engineered realities — spaces that breathe clarity, emotion, and balance.
The Foundation
Under the Mentorship of
Nagabhushan Rao
Father, Mentor & Master Builder
Before LaVie Casa took shape, there was Nagabhushan Rao — the man who laid the foundation, not just in concrete and steel, but in values, discipline, and craftsmanship.
With over 25+ years in civil works, construction, and interiors, he mastered the complete spectrum of building — from site surveys to structural engineering, from material procurement to final execution.
It started with him.
Every principle that defines LaVie Casa today — precision, discipline, execution-first thinking — was shaped under his mentorship. Ishant Pappala didn't just inherit a business; he inherited a legacy of unwavering standards and deep respect for the craft.
"Build with integrity. Deliver with pride. That is the only way."
The Complete Builder
The Foundation
25+ Years of Excellence
From Father to Son. From Mentor to Founder.
LaVie Casa exists because Nagabhushan Rao built the foundation with 25 years of uncompromising standards. Ishant Pappala took that legacy and refined it into a design philosophy — one that honors craft, execution, and timeless living.
This is not just a business. This is lineage.
Design can be imagined.
Execution is earned.
In today's world, design is abundant — but execution is rare.
Ishant built LaVie Casa around one belief: the difference between design and delivery lies in discipline.
From drawings to joinery, from design meetings to on-site reviews, every project bears his signature precision.
For Ishant, execution isn't the final step — it's the foundation of trust.
The Studio
Craft in Collaboration.
LaVie Casa is a collective of architects, designers, engineers, and craftsmen united under Ishant's creative direction. Together, they translate design into experience — combining technical rigor with artistic sensitivity.

Precision in Every Step
The LaVie Casa Turnkey Residential Framework — From Vision to Handover.
Our framework is how philosophy becomes practice. It's a seven-phase system that brings balance to creativity, control to process, and structure to imagination. Every detail, timeline, and decision is engineered to deliver design that lasts — and living that feels.

of Leadership

His energy moves teams with vision, values, and velocity.
"We think like designers. We build like engineers. We feel like homeowners."
